Operations Manager
Joel Messa is a holder of Bachelor of Arts with Education degree from Saint Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT). He is the Operations Manager, responsible for supervision of all farming activities in the Company’s farms in Mbozi. He is also the Company’s main liaison official in Mbozi, handling all administrative issues, including payment of casual labour wages and payment of taxes to the Tanzania Revenue Authority. Having grown in the farming family, Joel is also very passionate with agriculture, capable of performing quality control of the farming activities.
